Course duration: 4 hours.

Who it targets:  Baristas, coffee lovers, who want to get to know the world of coffee by tasting espresso.

Course objective:  Introduction to the world of espresso tasting:
·         The world of coffee: Arabica and Robusta
·         The importance of roasting
·         Introduction to sensory analysis in cafés
·         Analysis of single coffee origins.
·         Recognising defects in espresso.
Participants: Minimum 6 Persons/ Maximum 8 Persons.
Certificate: awarded on completion of the entire course.
